a lot of love

so my mom has facebook now. a friend of hers from like 30 years ago from her bungalow colony emailed her and told her to join because they started a facebook group. so she's been super into it. she took out her scrap book and scanned all these pictures from the 70s and now she started a group for my family... she called it "the friedman family tree" and she invited the whole fam to join, so now my grandpa has a facebook.... GW High School Class of  '52 woot! .... in other words, this week i have learned lots about how to limit the things people can see in my facebook profile.

family reunion day went beautifully. i love my family a lot. i got to swim in salt water and paint in the sun and hug my favorite children in the universe. i think the reason i'm so happy no matter what-ever is going on in my life is because i have really great family. tommy's smile

 always makes me smile. 

this is the giant rock. it's one of my favorite childhood memories... the only difference is that when i was a kid i saw it as this huge stone wall, not just a cube.

today mom and i went to the mall. i got a sweet raincoat and a really perfect navy cardigan and a pair of sandals that i've wanted for a while on sale for less than half price. woooooooooooo bargainnnnns.  two more weeks of work. that means two more weeks of sale hunting in soho every day. these next two weeks are "film in action" i don't really know what that means but i think the kids are going to be making documentaries. i'm kind of excited.  only 25 days till back to school... yeesh.

Last night i had a CRAZY dreammmmmmmm about huge gigantic animals --like harry potter magical huge animals status-- taking over staten island streets. it was crazyyyyyyyy. dreams are nutsssssss!!!!
