about 48 hours from take off

list:

> i have to move back to sarah lawrence on friday morning and i haven't really started packing. 

> yesterday i was at sarah lawrence and i got the okay to take artist's books in addition to my art of teaching grad classes. i also got ray to agree to let me borrow the hand truck from the post office to move my stuff from andrews circle to ac 9 on friday morning. i also got to see drea and i got mary spellman to let me see the housing book so now i know who i'm living with this year.

> today i'm getting my hair cut. i also have to go to the doctor but i get to get my hair cut first. every time i straighten my hair i think... "man, i really love having long hair" but whenever i just let it be itself i can't wait to chop it off. i think i just have to chop it off and if i miss it, it'll grow back eventually.

> my ichat hasn't been working for like 4 months. lexi told me her's was doing the same thing mine does and she just updated it and it's okay now... but i can't find the update and it's annoying.

> my mom wants to adopt the little white kitten who's been hanging around our house lately. we thought he belonged to someone else but we asked around and everyone says he's a stray. he's mostly white but he has a weird blackish-grayish shape on his head. my mom calls him zipper (because she thinks the shape on his head looks like a zipper) and she feeds him whenever he's around. lex thinks he's ugly. 

> yesterday, at slc i tripped on my flip flop and stubbed my toe on the pavement and it scraped off a big chunk of my skin. then it started bleeding profusely, like a ridiculous amount, my shoe was literally filling up with blood. i had to limp to the pub to get some napkins . it took a while for me to stop the bleeding enough to get back to my car in andrews, then i bandaid-ed it and drove home. it is super gross and hurts a lot. and i have now successfully massacred both of my big toes this summer. (the first one was when i fell flat on my face in chinatown in the rain a few weeks ago) super cute... now i for sure can't get a pedicure before school.

> i have to get my eyebrows done too.
