today was one of the most beautiful days of the summer and i got to spend it outside in the park in some really great company. i felt really lucky today. to be considered part of something i see as so great - and to be hanging out with some really cool kids - running around in the grass - eating chipwiches - and watching sealions.
in other news... i think women's beach volleyball is super dumb. what's up with bikinis as a uniform? put on some pants. i also can't believe this girl's real name is "misty may".
i went to ikea last weekend and bought a bookshelf and a desk and other junk. i forgot to get my kolja aka my mirror, i love the swedish names, so i have to go back. i hope i have enough room in my room for all of the junk i bought this year...
i'm getting my hair cut tomorrow. shortish. at least for me. i hope it looks good.
