day one.

day one al italia has ended. i'm in my pseudo bed at this hotel in ferrara. we didn't arrive here until after 8pm and went straight to have pizza with the rest of the group. by we, I mean me, alex, jay and christina. we all arrived together. I felt gross all day, still wearing the same clothes from yesterday and being sweaty. alex and I spent 8 hours in rome WAITING for our flight. I got to talk to scott and that was good, I also emailed mom to say I was alive. i'm so tired. we have to wake up at like 7:30 tomorrow for breakfast. good thing I like breakfast.

upon my arrival in italy i thought this sign was pointing in the direction of ferrara. turns out it's a hotel sign, we were on our way to hotel carlton.
