super employed

today i consider myself super employed. i think i have almost 5 jobs now. yesterday i had just one. today i filled out a contract with academic computing so i can work nights. i also got two babysitting job calls, i'm starting one tomorrow. in addition to that i went to cma tonight with kelly to see the movies i made with the kids over the summer premiere and claire told me that she is hiring me as a teaching artist so i can sub in there for people when i have free days. 

also today i had my first artist's books class. it was amazing. i already love it. i knew i would but i am just so happy. before kelly and i went to cma we stopped at ny central so i could pick up some pretty papers. I LOVE PAPER. this week our artist's books assignment is to make a whole bunch of single signature and japanese bound books. as many as we want. i am going to make so many. it is all i plan on doing tomorrow and sunday. this year is really shaping up to be a good one. (knock on wood, i don't want to jinx myself) i am so excited about everything i'm doing.

what is a good, non-romantic, thing/gift to give to a friend that is going away for a long time if you don't want them to forget about you?

everyone is at the bar. on monday i can go to the bar legally. tomorrow i have to wake up at 7:30 am so i don't really care that i am not at the bar. kelly and i only got back here a few hours ago anyway and i had a shower, tea and toast. i'm going to sleep now. ciao.
